Have you checked the end column of each census 1861 - 1891?
Note - asylum inmates/patients often recorded by initials, not full name. Also, place of birth might vary - Blackthorne/Bicester.

A marriage on FindMyPast (transcript only - 8 Oct 1806, place Naughton, wife Susannah Beats) has first name as Meshach.
Other baptisms to the pair also show Meshach or Meshick.

Have you discounted the Mary Bradley, bap 30 Oct 1801, Chelmsford?

That she was "of the parish of Roxwell" at marriage does not mean that she was from that Parish.
