Sorry i havent been on sooner. Thanks suzard and wozzle for the info.

It looks like when William Allen Robinson died in 1889,then possibly Jane also passed away and children went to live with relatives.

Mary Hill is my great grandmothers sister and William and Mary Baxter is my grandads(Harry Baxter) grandparents so it makes sense.

Has Elizabeth Jane Robinson shown up anywhere or might she of passed away as a child?

Thanks again for the help

Hiya

This is brilliant news,at least she was brought up with family.

I dont know why she didnt bring up my grandad but i suppose i will never know.

Its all confusing.

Im gathering that if Hannah died in 1899 then thats why Mary was living with he aunt.

On freebmd there is a death of Hannah Baxter 1947 in mboro at the grand age of 92 which i need to rule out.

If i purchase the death certificate for the Hannah Bird and Baxter then how will i know its my Hannah ?

Thanks again for all the help

Anthony

Hi all.....

Im curious to when you trace someone and purchase their death certificate.

1) How do you know if they were cremated or buried?

2) If cremated then what record is available and where from?

3) If buried then what record is available and where from?

4) If someone was buried but dont have a headstone then how do you know where they lay?

Thanks

Anthony

Hiya
 Thanks for looking  :)

Yes Mary was Mary Emma Baxter.

Her mam was Hannah Baxter b 1854, who married Joseph Henry Bird.

Mary is the 2nd illegitamate child of Hannahs.

Her first was Henry(Harry) who was my grandad, who was brought up by his grandparents as she abandoned him.

Thanks for searching

Hiya can anyone please look me up a Mary Baxter born in Middlesbrough in 1884

In 1891 census she was with her mother Hannah Baxter(using Baister surname) listed as 7 years old.

I am curious if she is still with her mother or not, and if not then where she is.

Any help is appreciated.

Anthony
