Thank you so much for the information that you found.
Zachariah and Jane had a son,Joseph ,born in 1844 whom I suspect is the same Joseph on the 1851 census I have found Zachariah on the 1851 census lodging with a family in Frome.He next appears in 1856 at a trial where he has purchased a stolen pawnbrokers ticket and redeemed it for a watch.
So if he has died it must be between 1856 and 1859.I suspect that due to his criminal connections he has either changed his name or left the country. It looks as though he will be an unsolved mystery.
Incidentally Edmund and Jane Pearse ,in 1861, are living in Riding House Street Marylebone with 5 children between them.
