It certainly could be, the dates for William & Richard are right, and it would fit in to the marriage date I have for John & Agnes in 1820. The problem has been that there were 2 Johns marrying 2 Agneses one in 1820 & one in 1823. If these are the right family then its more likely that he married Agnes Fowell and not Agnes Metcalf. Please help me find the descendents of Percy & Edith Chambers, 2 daughters born: Margaret C. 1914 & Evelyn born C. 1916 probably in Watford but baptised in Thame Oxfordshire as this is where their mother Edith Arnott came from.
I have a letter from Edith addressed to my mother in 1956 as trustee to a will and would dearly like to make contact with one of Ediths children as they may hold they key to my Grandmother Alice Rolfe, Niece of Edith Chambers nee Arnott.

Hi looking for any descendents of Mary Morris, She was born Mary Rolfe c.1848 saltwood, Kent. Parents Thomas Rolfe & Hannah Foreman. On 1871 census she is living with William Foreman and is shown as a widow.

I hadn't realised that all the census records were at the family records centre. Certainly not as far to go as Westmorland !!!

No birth certificates sadly as the 2 children I've found so far are: William born circa 1829 and Richard born circa 1830. There are more children but these are the only 2 I can link with any certainty, but thanks

Please can anyone do a look up for 1841/51 for the Appleby area. Trying to find John Horn born 1795 Dufton, he married Agnes ? and I know of 2 children: William born circa 1828 Brampton and Richard born circa 1830 Ormside. I live in west sussex so cant go to look myself, would be very grateful, Thanks
