FAMILY - EDWIN JOHN THORBURN - Castle Cary, Somerset, Sept 21st 1867
             ISABELLA HAMILTON THORBURN - Castle Cary, February 13th 1869
             JESSIE HAMILTON THORBURN - Frome, Dec 29th 1872

Following on in the hand-writting of Denyse Marie Thorburn - (My Aunt) - is the following:
Marriage of EDWIN JOHN THORBURN to MARY ELIZA MANLEY on August 4th 1897, Exeter.
FAMILY - EMILY MARY THORBURN - Feb 14th 1899, Okehampton
             JAMES MANLEY THORBURN - 6th June 1900, Okehampton
             married IRMA ELLEN SPARKE on 28th October 1927 in Blantyre, Nyasaland(Malawi)
FAMILY - DENYSE MARIE THORBURN - 25th May 1930, Queenstown, S.Africa
             MICHAEL EDWIN GUYSE THORBURN - 22nd Sept, 1940, Cholo(Thyolo), Malawi
             married BRIDGET SUSAN HENNING on 11th May 1968, Salisbury(now Harare), Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe)
FAMILY - JULIA MAUREEN THORBURN - 13th January 1970, Salisbury, Rhodesia
             TIMOTHY MARK THORBURN(me) - 10th March 1971, Salisbury, Rhodesia
             CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL THORBURN - 17th January 1974, Salisbury, Rhodesia

I do have a public Family tree on Ancestry.com named Thorburn Family tree although there is another Thorburn Family tree which is not public and this belongs to a user name pansy_28 (from Australia I think)who seems to have some of the same detail as I do(so we are likely related), but I am unable to contact him.
