I've had my TribalPages privacy set as you describe for at least two years. I've never had Google return a hit on my page. In fact I rarely see any kind of hit for TribalPages. This is my one complaint about them.
Is this your experience also? Do you have any thoughts that might help?

On a related note is the is the old (Mexican?) proverb. A person dies three deaths. First when the body ceases to function. Second when they are laid to rest and a final time the last time their name is spoken.

This has always resonated with me and I think that's what most of us are trying to do. Postpone that final death.

One of my 5th great grandfathers was named Abednego, but I can't leave out his brothers Shadrach and Meshack.

I have just discovered this site. What a wonderful, helpful bunch of folks!

I've got a tintype that may be my third great grandfather. The back is black and the material is slightly thicker than some of my other tintypes.  As I understand it this may mean it's an earlier picture.

This picture was taken in Texas.  Would anyone be kind enough to take a stab at dating it? I hate to be pushy, but if any of you talented folk could clean it up, I would be very grateful.
