Hi Wendy,
so exciting to get a response! (sorry the website won't allow me to send a personal message) I suppose at the moment I am looking for any information about the two brothers Hewitt and Lewis that died so sadly in WW1, it would be great to find out a little about their lives before they went to war - they seem to have been great rugby players! Any information about how and why they went to war and how they then died. I had no idea there were other siblings, a little about them would be so interesting to hear. My mother remembers a visit to Ireland from one of the Huggards many many years ago. My father-in-law is compiling an amazing history about Frances Marion Huggard's Father - Joseph Lloyd and her brother (also Joseph ) both brilliant language scholars and very important in protecting the Irish language in Ireland.
kind regards,
Darina
