Hi Dave thank you, so much you did set the ball rolling,
Life got in the way and I had been absent for some time, but the family history bug stood stead fast, I am now in contact with a 3 Rd cousin Barbara who now resides in Scotland she is one of the people who has commented above. Sadly Mum had passed away before we made and so had my father, My sister was to visit Barbara but sadly covid hit the world and the trip was cancelled.
I’m still to make contact with the other poster, but will do so very shortly, once again thank you so very much as your post brought this to the forefront.

I did find this
on the Vic pioneer disc
female Margaret Finlayson
she was born 1876 place listed as Tour
reg no: 2974
parents listed as Father: Alexander Mother:Isabella Mckay
maybe someone else may find something for you
I will have another look later

It doesnt matter if the photo is a black and white one,
you can still scan in the color mode which picks up more detail
