Family History Beginners Board / Re: Help with Ancestry.com tree please

I did what you suggested but when I add her to her husband does not link up with father. Or I add to her father it does not link with her husband.
could it be because they are first cousins
thanks jackie

Family History Beginners Board / Help with Ancestry.com tree please
« on: Wednesday 24 August 16 06:48 BST (UK)  »
Hi
I am having trouble with my ancestry.com tree..see I have my Grandmother and my Grandfather together as you do and coming off her I have her siblings  1 of which is George Reynolds now he has a daughter Barbara Rosemary Reynolds I know these 2 as information just arrived on marriage certificate from England....now
my Grandparents Arthur Nelson Robbins and Maud Reynolds had a Son my Uncle Harry....

So my Uncle Harry married my Great Uncles daughter .....yes they are first cousins.....so how do I have them on my tree her attached to her father or attached to her husband....
all these facts are correct..... confusing  but correct
I do hope I explained myself
thanks for reading this jackie

i have typed in every which way and nothing so either there is not an article written or its me not searching right.

People on here find things so much easier,i must be doing something wrong.Like when i look in trove for an article i come up with nothing, yet when i ask somebovdy on here they can find things quick as a flash..
Researching Family can get very sad in 3 days i found 1 relative mutilated by a train,so the paper said and a 3 year drown in a sump.
papers back in the old days really went into details with injuries i have found

but Thank You very much
