I do have Franny's details and are very firm on them. It was Thomas' side that I was having the issues with. It is such a common name! I realised that with the parents I had chosen, none of the names continued and the Thomas was to have married a Grace a few yrs after marrying Fanny. It was just not adding up!

Hi.

Am looking for the parents of Thomas Webster B:1778? Has a suggestion of Thomas (William) and Mary no other details.

Have had suggestions of William Webster and Jane Bennett but this doesn't seem to work with hereditary names. Also suggest Grace as a wife.

Thomas' wife is Frances Franny Climo (m)22 Jun 1802 St Petroc, Bodmin,

hi all
Am looking for information on William Gilbert's parents.
William was born approx 1806 and passed between 1844 and 1850. he was mentioned in the 1841 Census but not in the 1851. His last child was born in 1844. He worked as a Blacksmith in Carbus, Uny Lelant (1841 Census)
28 Dec 1827 Married Mary Ann Rickard born 1806, passed 1882. Parents John Rickard and Nancy Stone.
Children include Emily, William, Elizabeth, Mary, Llewllyn, Slanwelling, and Matilda Ann. Births were registered St Columbus, Gwithian and Carbus.
Have much info on William but not on his parents.

Recap for Alice Myrtle Steel

Apparently, Alice met Charles A F Brams after he came back from the War in 1920/21. He was still married to Eveyln Derrick and never divorced her. Alice gave birth to a daughter, Doris Violet, under the name of Eveyln. They came to Aust, with Alice travelling as Eveyln. Either Doris' Marriage Cirt or Alices death Cert states Alices' name as Alice Myrtle Steel

ok, Apparently, due to "unmarried mother status", birth cert has Evelyn Derrick as Doris' mother, when it was actually Alice
