I am not related but just trying to help which is the purpose of Rootschat.

As  the M/C of James names his Father he knew who he was.
So likely his illegitimate Son.

St Andrew, Honingham, Norfolk

Marriage;
22 Jan 1807 TUTTILL Mann to Elizabeth RINGER Bachelor/Spinster

Baptisms;
TUTTLE Mann 10 Jun 1774 to SAMUEL/HANNEH
TUTTELL Mann 22 Jun 1815 to TUTTELL/ELIZABETH. Father a Farmer, likely buried 17 Aug 1815
TUTTELL Mann 22 Sep 1816 same details, buried 26 Jul 1822 age 6, abode Bracon
Other children to them
JOHN Mann 28 Mar 1819
SARAH Mann 30 Mar 1820
SARAH Mann 07 Jun 1821

St Nicholas, Bracon Ash
TUTTEL Mann 24 Aug 1823 same parents etc, buried 23 Mar 1824 Honingham age 7 mths, abode Bracon
REBECCA Mann bapt 25 Feb 1827

1841 in All Saints Weasenham we have;
Elizabeth Mann 50 Independant
Sarah Mann 21
Rebecca Mann 15
Emily Rogers 18 Female Servant

So looks like Tut* Mann died before 1841

All above on FreeREG
