Library and FHS Lookups / 1850's lookup at kew
« on: Tuesday 21 March 06 08:44 GMT (UK)  »
This is a very big big favour to ask anyone, but if they are going to kew could someone lookup the pension, and discharge details on a private Patrick Sculley, who was stationed at Pembroke dock in 1858 where his daughter was born and registered as Margaret and his wife was with him Mary sculley. Hewas living as a pensioner on the 1861 census in salford. and does not appear on the 1871 census and his wife has married again so I presume he has died. he was in the 25th regiment  :-*thanks

Cheshire / Potts and Williamson
« on: Friday 16 September 05 07:33 BST (UK)  »
I have been looking for ages for a Jane Williamson and have finally found her she is related to the Potts family which seems to be huge, is anyone else doing research in this area who could help. My Potts is a Keziah baptised Taxal and Jemima baptised Prestbury, but I think from Rainow, but this could be anywhere in that area. Kesiah born 1791who married William Williamson in 1817 and Jemima born1787 father and mother John Jane Potts Rainow or Kettleshulme same parents for Kesiah and Jane I think.and maybe same husband
