Agree with rosie the Sudlow Upton marriage sounds good.

A few Tree on ancestry have Childow- Upton marriage with him born Shropshire and differing ages for him.

Humphrey Hall and Mary J O Carroll marriedBalmain New South Wales 1874

There is a family tree on Ancestry that lists Humphrey marrying Mary 1974 and when he was born 1850 in Boree New South Wales his parents were  father John age 37 mother Susannah nee Morrow age 36 he died 1876 Newcastle new South Wales he was 26. His mother passed away Orange New South Wales 1876.
