Northamptonshire / Cockerill Family Brickwall

Hi,

Could someone kindly help with this family, Frances is my 3xggrandmother.

Frances daughter of John and Anne Cockerill born Aug 4 Baptised Sept 8th 1798 Northampton All Saints.

Have tried IGI for John and Anne's marriage nothing. would appreciate any help with marriage and if possible other children and parents of the couple.

Technical Help / Disk Defrag Question/or Help(Completed with thanks)

Yesterday l updated my Windows Live Messenger and all went well.

As normal l did a disk cleanup and a defrag at the end of defrag l got this message

Some files on this volume could not be defragmented.
Please check the defrag report for the list of these files.

l did not understand the list.

Do l have a problem? or is this quite normal. Not computer savvy

Hoping that someone can help.

FreeBMD has a Mary Dunham death Mar qtr 1839 Glanford Brigg, was hoping maybe something in either Parish Records or NBI would have anymore info than what l have, ie age etc. Mary (my 4xggmother was born in 1815 Waltham) just vanished leaving her son with grandparents so l am hoping l can confirm this is my missing Mary or at least move in another direction.

Anybody else having trouble with their Hotmail, about 15mins ago l got my mail
when l went back to to do new emails it would not open just kept clicking but nothing opened.

Hi,

l have Ad-Aware Personal SE and at long last thrown caution to the wind and downloaded the update manually. Its up and working no problem but l still have the zipped file icon showing on the desktop my question is (and l know l must sound stupid) sorry can l just delete it or must it be kept. To keep SE updated you can only manualy do this download not automatic now.

Pardon my ignorance with computers l am trying to learn.

Hi,

On the 1881 census l have 4 children living with their grandparents, l have found their parents one in Kent the other in Warwickshire both have condition listed as W. l took that for widowed but could in those days it mean divorced.

Could anyone tell me if there is anywhere/way you can research British Sudjects born in Paris France. l have 4 children living with their grandparents on the 1881 census all born in Paris no parents are with them.
