Joseph William Hill (or maybe William Hill) born 1841. Hornsey, London.
Did he marry Sarah Hart 8th Dec 1862 or was it (Sarah Dordoy 8th Dec 1862 as shown on a  marriage cert).
I've researched Ancestry and it shows he married both at the same time?
Then it shows he married Sarah Dordoy in 1877.

Thank you for that.  It seems to make sense.  These people are my friends GR GR GR grandparents.

We live in Brisbane, Australia...so can't just pop into the local BMD office...so all this information is so helpful.

Anymore information would be helpful....I've done quite a lot, so maybe I could help you as well.

Thank you.

Cambridgeshire / Charles Gotobed married Susan Tavernier

I am doing a family history album for my friend regarding the history of Susan Tavernier who married Charles Gotobed.
They married October 1857 (I think in Poplar, Tower Hamlets) That may be incorrect.
Charles Gotobed was born in Ely, Cambridgeshire in 1836 and I think he died in 1915, West Ham.

I have of info regarding their children and the connection to my friend.  Any info about Susan Tavernier would help.
