Lincolnshire Lookup Requests / Edwards of Sleaford

Hi, have been researching my family now for over 5 years, so have now turned to ask for help where I am stuck at the present.
Have traced my family to Sealford, Lincs. William Edwards my GGGGG grandfather married a Elizabeth Rawson at Heckington in 1806.
His cousin a William Edwards was born in Sealford in 1803 and died in 1882.
His father was the older brother (Richard Edwards b1777) of my Grandfather, (William Edwards b1780) both of Sleaford/Fulbeck area.
One of them should be in the 1841 census, even the 1851?
It is very confusing when brothers and sisters are given the same corresponding names, and then repeat it with there own children, makes me want to pull all my hair, (what; I have none left lol).
Hope someone can help, as there is no other post for Sleaford or of this particular family.
