Looking for descendats of WALTERS

Hi,
I have just taken on the WALTERS family tree and are looking for descendants of the following:

JOLIEN HENRI WALTERS Born in Kent 1817 and emigrated to AUSTRALIA sometime between 1817 and 1854

Jolien married at the age of 37 (in australia)

JULIA ANN WILLIAMS Born in Malta 22/9/1832 to Scottish Parents George and Ann.

They had 9 children and lived in Ballarat, Vic

Jolien died at Spencer Street Railway Station on 16/7/1872
Julia Ann (after the birth of her 9th child) remarried a Mr Hutchinson.

Anyone who could assist me with further information, I would be greatly appreciative.

I cannot find any records of them moving to Australia

Does Jolien Henri's death certificate indicate how long he was in Victoria? 

Do you have the birth ceritficate of Julia's eldest child from her first marriage, William George ANDERSON who was born in Ballarat 1854 ref: 2269.  It would indicate when and where she married William ANDERSON that would narrow down the time period for searching.

Jolien & Julia's marriage was registered in early 1856.  Is Jolien on the 1851 England census for Kent?
