1851 Sockett family at Chirbury

I have been really struggling to find my EDWARD SOCKETT who was born 1834-ish in Chirbury.

I have no address and no idea on parents. I do not know if a search can be done without this bit of information

Any advice would be gratefully received

although Chirbury is in Salop, in the 1851 census it falls into the county Montgomery, so i'm afraid i can't help you with a lookup

In 1851 there is a 38 year old Edward Sockett and his 43 year old wife Sarah living in Worthen.  No children listed.

This Edward is too old to be "yours"



I have also found in Welshpool another SOCKETT family, Robert age 51 and his wife Elizabeth age 49, with their children John 22, Elizabeth 25, Margaret 16, Mary 13, Alice 11 , Robert 8 and Edward 6.  All born in Welshpool, except for Robert (snr) who was born in Llanymynech.

Also, living in at Canal House, Llandysilio are Edward Sockett 36, and his wife Catherine 28.  No children listed.  Edward was born in Llanymynech, and Catherine in Ruyton XI Towns, Shorpshire.
