Looking for info on a Nellie Lilian Kirby born about 1863 Father was James Kirby.

I know she had a brother Edward Kirby about 1867 in Cork both are in England by the 1891 Census.

As Edward was born post 1864 when general registration started, you should look for his birth first in the indexes. This should give you a parish or address and then you can look for Nellie.
