Spaldwick Baptist Church register
« on: Sunday 06 November 05 12:46 GMT (UK) »
Does anyone have access to the Spaldwick Baptist Church register of births?  I am looking for the parents of David Fairy/Farey/Fairy, born Ellington c 1823.  His father could be William or James, and his mother possibly Charlotte or Mary.

Hi Gill,

I don't know if this helps at all but I found a marriage between a Sarah Farey and Ebenezer Seaman in 1823 at Eynesbury, Ruth

This could well have been Sarah, born Ellington 1801 and registered at Spaldwick Baptist Church, daughter of my 3x gt-grandfather William Farey.  There are connections with Eynesbury in the family, but then there were several different Farey/Fairy/Fairey families in the area at that time......

Looks like another avenue to pursue.  Thanks very much.  :)

Gill
