The younger ladies look to me to be c.1900 - 1905. The elders it is difficult to make out even when enlarged.

I attach the enlargement to let other people have a go at dating it easier, even though it is not particulary focused.

Probably around 1910s judging by the amazingly large hats!

The image could do with another scan at an higher resolution and possible posting to restoration thread for enhancement.
