PERIAM - 1841 please - Complete unless you know more?
« on: Monday 07 November 05 12:16 GMT (UK) »
I have found the PERIAM family on all censuses back to 1851 (below)

Any sign of them in 1841?  They were in Ide, but Henry is a policeman and as such may have moved around.

1851 census HO107/1888/43/7

Deneford? St, Thorverton

PERIAM Henry H M 36 - policeman - Ide
Ann W M 31 - Alphington
Mary Ann 11 - Ide
Gerard? William 6 or 4 - Exeter St David's
Henry 2 - Exeter St John's
Caroline 6 months - [something beginning with A!] St Mary's

Grateful for any assistance

kind regards, Arranroots  ;)

Thank you Suepip!

I don't suppose you saw any other "parent-like" PERIAMs while you were there?  I have no clue at this moment who Henry's parents might be, but freebmd has a marriage to Ann JOINT which looks promising.

Aren't I cheeky?

kind regards, Arranroots  ;)
