Occupation on Marriage Cert - help!

Cannot read the occupation on the marriage cert of Harry Boxall to Charlotte Riordan.  I think it begins with a C as the last word is Corps.  Any suggestions would be welcome.  This image section is the only part with this first letter.

Color as in the American way, or a Registrar who couldn't spell! otherwise I agree with Gazza
