Hello from Australia. I am looking for information on the Alder family
I have a Robert Alder who married an Elizabeth Harle on 16 Jan 1752 Longbenton Northumberland. She was born circa 1724 St Nicholas Parish Newcastle Upon Tyne. I have found two Roberts:
1. born 14 June 1716 St Nicholas Parish father: John
2. Christened 22 February 1720 All Saints Parish: Father: Edward
I would like to go back further but do not know which of the above may be the Robert I am seeking.
Can anyone help further please.
