The Isaac age 2 i couldnt find at all,
the only other place ive found him (maybe) is on 1881
census.

Broad street green, Heybridge, Essex.
Married with kids..

Do you know whether Heybridge is anywhere near Tollesbury as his last 3 childen were born Maldon, which

Heybridge is just on North edge of Maldon, the town.
So, yes they are all fairly close
