I have not had much success is tracking your Carter names.   If they are not in the freeBMDs it would mean using the pay to view site 1837online.

I have found that Florence Carter b 1875 & Rosetta Carter b 1869 are both servants not living with any other Carter relatives in the 1891 census.  Also the 1891 census shows Samuel & Bertha Carter with 5 children in 5, Acorn Road, Greenwich.

Do you have these details ?     I can send transcriptions if you wish.
