1841 Census Lookup-Morville?

I am looking for an 1841 census that includes both or either of the following Overtons: I am assuming Moville might be one area to look as a
John Overton was born there.

- I am looking for a John Overton @age 12 in 1841 - ag lab.
- Also looking for a William Overton - age unknown but guessing @30 - labourer.  Wm was John's father.

Looks like he is attached to farm as most of them are either M.S or F.S as occupation

PLease forgive my ignorance, but what does MS and FS stand for?
Does William have any family listed with him?

F.S. is definitely farm servant.I could take a stab at M.S as Man servant but dont know for sure.
No family.Seems to be on his own.Will have a little look at the surrounding areas tomorrow.

I wonder if this would be the William I am interested in - especially if there is no other family in the area.  I would assume families would live together? or at least nearby?
Maybe I should look elsewhere, other than Morville.
