Completed Thankyou Sending an Attatchment directly to a member

I have been exchanging info.with a Rootschat member off line, and need to send a  Photo to them.
 Is it possible to insert this into the message ,or do they have to give me their e-mail address?

If it is possible them How is it done Please?

It is not possible to add attachments to PMs (personal messages)
