Property Records, Alnwick

Could anyone tell me if or where property records are held for Dwellings or Businesses in Alnwick between 1775-1810.
I am looking for property known to be held by the Bell family on Clayport Street bought between these dates. Some of the properties i believe are still standing.

Jobling, Gilbraith, Slowther, Wears, Trotter, Skelton, Farmer. - Sunderland Area.
Wells, Priest, Groom, Plane, Surfling, Pegg, Cox.  - North Norfolk.
Wade, Wells, Cockcroft. -  Stockton.
Hallas, Cockcroft.  - Leeds area.
Palmer, Wears.  - Hartlepool.

Chris, the records your asking about are probably at Northumberland record office at Melton Park. Gosforth. Newcastle upon Tyne. If you google this it will give details. I definately know they hold the records of the 1850s,as my friend found records of a farm in Amble , which incidently was at that time owned by an Andrew Bell. Good Luck. Dolly.

There is a town plan of Alnwick by Woods 1827, so a little later than your dates, but it shows Mr Bell's property on the junction of Clayport Street and Engine Lane, Market Place side
