Stephen Knight Essex lookup request

I'm looking for information, pre 1881, on Stephen Knight born c1831 in Navestock. He married?? Hannah Ruffle (no record found). In 1881 they were living in Mauneys Lane, Romford with 8 children from Mary 1866 to Arthur 1881. Hannah was born in Stepney.
