Great Grandfathers Brother

Hi
Can anyone help me find the birth of my great granfathers brother, His name was Hugh Freeland and was born between 1864-1866. His parents names were John Freeland and Catherine m.s. Logan.
On the 1871 cencus it says he was born in East Lothian but on the 1901 cencus it says Berwickshire. I have tried looking on Scotlands People but nothing, i found his sister who was born in Eyemouth Berwick, her name is down as Freelint, my great grandfather James his name has gone from Freeland, Friscall, Friel and on his death certificate its Frail, can someone please help me.
