1841 - Sudborough - Roe or Rowe

If anyone has access to 1841 Northampton (Sudborough), grateful if you'd let me know whether there is any sign of the following:

Edward and Ann Rowe, Row or Roe
Charlotte Rowe, Row or Roe
John Rowe, Row or Roe
Samuel Rowe, Row or Roe

The couple are husband and wife, the 3 individual names, possibly their children.  Trying to find out if there were any other children and approx. ages.

John Roe Head Mar 84 Pauper (Highway lab) Church Brampton
Elizabeth Wife Mar 84 Lowick blind
John Nephew U 23 Horsekeeper Sudborough

The younger John would seem to be the son of Edward and Ann.
