Fanny Riddle

I am trying to find information about Fanny Charlotte Emma Riddle. She was born in 1888, but where? And who were her  parents? I can find no reference to her in the 1901 census. She married Thomas Stallard in 1908 and they lived at Grayswood, in Surrey, until her death in 1964.

Where did you find these details about Fanny? Were they from a marriage cert?  If so, was her father listed and who were the witnesses?
