My Great Grandparents William Gorry and Bridget Keenaghan were married in Moate Co.Westmeath in 1847.
I'm looking for descendants of the children.
 
Children of BRIDGET KEENAGHAN and WILLIAM GORRY are:
   i.   ANNE3 GORRY, b. January 1847, Moate Co.Westmeath Ireland.
   ii.   DANIEL GORRY, b. August 1849, Moate Co.Westmeath Ireland.
   iii.   MARY GORRY, b. August 1850, Moate Co.Westmeath Ireland.
   iv.   ELIZABETH GORRY, b. September 1852, Moate Co.Westmeath Ireland.
   v.   PETER GORRY, b. August 1856, Moate Co.Westmeath Ireland.
4.   vi.   JAMES GORRY, b. 1860.
   vii.   EDWARD GORRY, b. December 14, 1862, Moate Co.Westmeath Ireland.

Hi,

I have just joined this website after becoming interested in tracing back my family name. So far I have been going straight back on my dads side and have got as far as the marriage of Thomas Gorry to Julia Crowley in 1849 Islington London England.

On the marriage certificate it lists Thomas as 27 years old coming from Westmeath. His fathers name and occupation is listed as the same name (Thomas) and occupation farmer.

Do you think there is any connection ?
