1861 census Hartlepool

I have details about a James Coxon & family from the 1861 census for Hartlepool, unfortunately the place of James birth is given as Yorkshire, with no more details.  If anyone has the following  reference RG9/370 Hartlepool Fol 117, I would appreciate a look up to confirm that no more details are given for his place of birth.

Sorry, I didn't make it clear.  My James Coxon was born about 1812 and was a Head Sawyer.  His wife was called Ann, born about 1815 in Hartlepool.  He had the following children: Thomas, born about 1838 in Hartlepool, Dorothy, born about 1841 in Hartlepool and John, born about 1848 in Hartlepool.

They are found on RG9/3700 /117

Unfortunately the only info re James is simply Yorkshire.
