Hi,

Are there any records of men missing in action?

My grandfathers brother William Baldwin went missing in France 1915.

Thanks

M Keir.

Hello Mack. Thank's for the offer of a look up. I did subscribe at a cost of 5 pounds and MAY have found some long lost rellies :-\ If you do get a chance would you see if there are any Collins's from Bennington Hertfordshire  :-* 5 pounds doesn't go very far. I got the site from a magazine called Family History, and thought it worth advertising on Rootschat. Thank's again  :) Lyn

Hi harribobs.  thank you for that. I did actually find Frederick Collins, also a Charles Collins b: Hertfordshire, as well as a couple of other Collins's from Hackney ( where the collins's moved to ). By looking on the Commonwealth War Graves site, this in some cases gives you details of the parents and wife, also in some cases their ages, and the site of buriel. these Collins's all died Flanders France. thank you for looking for me, much appreciated.  :) Lyn
