I just got my brother's DNA test results and through research and contacting the FTDNA "RM222 Haplogroup Project" I discovered that he (my brother) fits the parameters of this group of possible descendants of King Niall.  The article from FTDNA is at: http://www.familytreedna.com/landing/matching-niall.aspx
