Hi everyone,

I have just traced my GG Grandmother to Ouseburn
She is
Mary Ann Thompson bpt 1819 Ouseburn Newcastle

She later marries Thomas Smith Bpt 1817 in Sunderland around 1842 and lives there till her death.

Has any one else got Thompsons from Ouseburn in their tree.

Also just where abouts in Newcastle is Ouseburn and what Parish Church would she have been baptised in?

According to Genuki Ouseburn was in Byker Township and the Parish Church was Newcastle All Saints.

Follow the link for All Saints and you may find other Churches in the area which may have been used for Baptisms.
