Several rootschat members have had queries regarding the scanninng of slides and negatives. One of the biggest problems being how to scan larger negatives/slides, ie 2.25x2.25 or6x6cm.
Newbie has just been seeking information about the Canon CanoScan 8400F, further research reveals that not only can that machine scan slides and negs but it is to the best of my knowledge the only flatbed scanner that can handle the larger neg's/slides, with an optical resolution of 3200 dpi it should be capable of giving some more than acceptable results.
