 Hi.

I am asking for help in trying to trace the family [if indeed they exist] of
Driver William Edwards.  He died on 30th November 1918. He was in the MT South African Service Corps.

I have his grave   Dar es salaam [Upanga Road] Tanzania
He was born and raised in Cheshire England.
Does anyone know how I can find out when he came to Tanzania, where he lived? or if indeed he married there?

If not why was he there in the first place??

 It is a huge mystery.

Any help would be appreciated. Have had a fantastis response from the roots Cheshire site but thought this might broaden my horizons!!
