looking for information on "George Osborne Williams" born 1872.
married "Anne Parry Jones" 1873 in the district of Bangor.
In 1901 cencus they lived in London Place,Bawgon?
and had a daughter named "Grace" aged 7,and a son  "John" aged 5.
I don't know if "George" died or if he and his wife divorced ,but "Anne" remarried  and her new surname was "Hughes".Also she had another son .
 A few years later "Anne " had died (before 1914).

You might consider that Bawgon is just  Bangor, written badly or read badly.
