Staffordshire lookup request-Hatton

I'm looking for information for Henry and Ann Hatton. Henry was born in Rowley Regis c.1826. I cannot locate their marriage certificate, but their first? child Jacob was born in Rowley c.1870. They were living in Stratford, London in 1881. Does anyone know where they were before 1881.
