Hello all, Does anyone have anything at all on a marriage between William Henry Osborne and Rose May Paddon? They should be my grt grand parents, but I can find nothing about them. William died in 1940 in P of Wales Hosp in Plymouth, was a school attendance officer. My grand dad born 1914.And William re married Doris some time.
