I may be related as I seem to be related to most people from Shudy and Castle Camps, but no connection yet!

The following Consistory Court of Ely wills (held by Cambridgeshire Record Office/LDS has filmed copies) may help:
BRIANT, Ann, Shudy Camps, wid., VC 28:156, 1647 CW
BRIANT, Edward, als. Graunt, Shudy Camps, yeo., VC 13:200, 1559 CW
BRIANT, Edward, als. Grant, Shudy Camps, yeo., VC 27:413, 1634 CW
BRYANT, Edward, Shudy Camps, gent., VC 31:133, 1670 CW In
BRYANT, George, Shudy Camps, gent., 1674 In
BRYANT, George, Shudy Camps, VAC 1:15, 1698? CAR
BRYANT, George, Shudy Camps, VAC 1:21, 1699; 1700 CR p.23

VC = will register
CW = original will (with date)
In = inventory
VAC = administrations register
CA = original administration (no key for CAR)
CR = entry in register of caveats

EDIT: And there are a few Prerogative Court of Canterbury wills which might help on DocumentsOnline:
Will of John Graunt or Graunte, Yeoman of Shudy Camps, Cambridgeshire   01 February 1532
Will of John Grante alias Bryant, Yeoman of Shudy Camps, Cambridgeshire   12 November 1605
Will of John Grante alias Briant alias Bryant, Yeoman of Shudy Camps, Cambridgeshire   12 March 1617
