1891(/1901) lookup Dudley (Worcs) Harrison

Please could sks look up an Emma Jane Harrison in the 1891 (and 1901) censi. She was born 1835-36 Dudley and would be a widow, as she had just become in 1881. With her should be her son Albert who was born 1880 in Dudley. She may possibly be living with her son-in-law's (John Parry b~1857 Dudley) family. Their address in 1881 was 80 Dock Lane, Dudley.

I have found a Death of Albert James Harrison, age 5, March Qtr 1885, Ref:  6c 30 in Dudley. Could this be Albert?

I too cannot find any trace of Emma Jane Harrison. Could she have remarried before 1891?

Hi Gill and Rutti!
That is indeed them from 1871 (sorry, I already had it).
Alfred seems to have died between Oct 1878 and Mar 1881 as I have him at his daughter Caroline's wedding. However, this may not be the case. I am relying on the fact that a registrar will normally write deceased by father's name.
Emma Jane may indeed have remarried, or died?, by 1891, as indeed she was a widow in the 1881 census. Ten years is a long time.
That could indeed be Albert's death in 1885. Another possibility is a mistranscribe of his age in 1881!

Ho Geoff,
i know I did a lot of digging yesterday and seem to remember that I saw a marriage for Emma jane on  Freebmd in the 1880's but i could still not trace her on the census in 1891.
If you have any further info I am happy to help.
