Griffiths/Shanks family of Orange Township, Connecticut

I am looking for information about the family of Frederick Griffiths and his wife Agnes Shanks who were last heard of in 1910 in Orange Township, West Haven Borough, New Haven, Connecticut.

I have the following census information for them:

1900 Census for New Haven, Connecticut, USA
Frederick Griffiths born July 1864 aged 35 married ( for 12 years) born in England arrived in USA in 1890 he was a Fireman.  the family lived in rented accomodation.
Agnes Griffiths born December 1869 in Scotland
Edwin Griffiths born March 1889 aged 11 born in Scotland
Agnes Griffiths born June 1891 aged 9 born in Connecticut
David Griffiths born November 1893 aged 6 born in Connecticut
Dorothy Griffiths born October 1896 aged 3 born in Connecticut
Frederick Griffiths born October 1899 aged 7 months born in Connecticut
Dora Shanks born August 1870 in Scotland aged 29 single working in a Corset shop

the family appear again in the 1910 census for Orange Township, West Haven Borough, New Haven, Connecticut.

I would be very grateful for any information about this family.

Do you know whether US census data is available after 1920?  I am trying to locate surviving members or descendants of this family.

Yes, there is a 1930 indexed available on Ancestry.  I don't have that service.  I use Heritage Quest and have the 1930 census, but it is not (HQ)  indexed.  Maybe someone with an Ancestry subscription will look up these individuals for you.----Genealiza

Thank you so much for this information. 

This takes things into the timeframe of what could be living memory for some people.

My reason for wanting to trace this family is that they descend from my father's long lost great aunts who emigrated to the USA and it would be really great if we could reconnect with them.

If anyone has any ideas as to where I should look next for them I would be grateful for any advice.

We are getting closer!
