« on: Monday 06 February 06 04:55 GMT (UK) »
hi there
i was wondering if anyone might have any info on angus Mcquilkin sanderson born 1915 in rothersay Scotland his mother was Georgina sanderson 1898 but angus was raised by his grandparents George sanderson 1872 and Jane Mccallum 1870..my Nan says she remembers her mother (Georgina) crying as her "brother" was leaving for Canada my Nan was born in 1918 so she thinks its about 1925-30 thats angus went..but thats only approx dates
Georgina died in 1932 and we know he went before that..but we have no idea in Canada as to where hes gone or went Ive been told he may have changed his surname or even Christian name can anyone point me in the right direction please
regards Liz
