Good morning Robyny,
Thanks so much for getting back to me. You asked for info on John Ferguson who came to Canada, well he as he did over in Scotland worked down in the docks .He had married Mary Jane Munro in Scotland and had three  children whom all came over with him. [one being my father].He passed in April 1947 at the age of 68.
I do have some of the spouses names of his siblings should you not have them but none of any children of them. I do know that Isabella & John also went top Australia but have not made contact
with any of their children as yet, I have a contact there that is related on the Sneddon's side [ John's brothers family]
You listed 9 of their children , did the others pass when born as you mentioned there 13 born to them.
Do you know of where any of the family is buried, one can get info off the headstones should there be one. I know my research on my husbands side has been frustrating as quite a few never put headstones in for the family members so finding them has been very frustrating.

Hello again,
To clarify contact- I am informed  as a new member I cannot do so until I have made 3 postings,so your e-mail was removed 'in accordance with roots policy'
So thanks for your latest-it seems we are related, as  your Grandad John was my uncle,so your Dad would have been my cousin.I am a daughter of Margaret & John Work it out-I must be a Silver Surfer!!
I have no knowledge of burials, other than they would most likely be in Dumbarton Cemetery.
