Can you help find this street

I have just received a copy of a descendants interment, which states he died at balaclava row, penygraig.
I have searched for the address, and found a balaclava court, but no balaclava row.
Does anyone know if this street exists today, or whether it has been knocked down?

Balaclava Row has been demolished.

Sheltered housing complex - Balaclava Court now in its place.
