Ascension Island Birth 1867

Hi everyone!
I am researching my husband's family. His gggrandmother Flora C M WILSON was born on Ascension Island in 1867. Her father Henry Morton Dyer WILSON MD RN (1836-1867) married  a ? GEGAN. I think they only had this one child. I would like to get hold of her birth certificate.
Also her marriage certificate. This was found in The Perth Courier: (Canada) FARRELL-WILSON Married on (date illegible 1883?) by special license at D--------,
Diamond Fields, S. Africa, Mr Thomas William FARRELL of Perth to Miss Flora Constance Mary WILSON, only daughter of the late Henry WILSON MD, RN.
Any thoughts??

Were Flora and her father British subjects? If so, you may find something on www.1837online.com (pay-per-view service) which has the BMD indexes for British Subjects who were born/married/died abroad.

From FreeBMD i have found Henry M D Wilson's marriage entry:

Sep qtr 1865 Wilson  Henry Moreton Dyer     Malton  9d 567

The only other entry so far transcribed is for an Emma Sugden, although by the sounds of it she might not be his wife according to the info you already have.  So, i've looked at the original GRO reference page under Gegan to see if there are any district and page matches with the above entry and there aren't any for that spelling.
